Nokia X6 in-depth Full Review
Nokia X6 is a new device from Nokia which was launched in China a few weeks ago. This phone is not still available on the international market but soon they are going to be launched a International Android One version of this phone , that means right now you can only get the Chinese variant.We test this Chinese variant & we will give you a full review (non buyer ) on that phone.
Build Quality
Nokia X6 has a nice build quality. There is metal on the top-bottom-both side with aluminium+glass coating on both front & back .On the back there is dual vertical camera with Dual tone LED flash. In the middle there is a Fingerprint sensor. Below that there is Nokia branding. On the top of the phone you will found a 3.5 mm headphone jack & Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic .
On the right there is Sim & MicroSD card slot & left there is Volume button & power switch.
On the front you will find a 5.8 inch display with a 16 mp selfie camera.
On the Front there is a notch & you will also find some big noticeable chin.
Phone's Dimension is 147.2 x 71 x 8 mm & weight is 153 g (5.40 oz).

Display
Nokia X6 has a 5.8 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display which resolution is 1080 x 2280 pixels. It also comes with a 19:9 ratio & It also has 16M colors. We feel that the display is good but the problem is in top & bottom of the screen ,it looks little bit dim.
Hardware & Software
Nokia X6 has a pretty powerful hardware section in terms of price. This device is introduced with Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 chipset which clock speed is Octa-core 1.8 GHz Kryo 260. It is a very powerfull chipset & better than Snapdragoan 625. The GPU of the phone is Adreno 509, which is very capable of handling most of the higher graphics games. But the optimization of the games are slow & we find a lot of frame drop when we are playing High graphic games like Asphalt 8 , Asphalt extreme , Modern Combat 5 etc. and the experience is average & We find no lag.
The phone comes with Android 8.1 Oreo. On the software section I have to say Nokia has done very well. The device is fluent & there is no lag.
Camera & Video
Nokia X6 comes with Dual camera and Dual tone LED flash on the back. The Main Sensor is 16 Mega Pixel with f2.0 aperture which pixel size is 1.0 micron with EIS feature & Secondary is 5 Mega Pixel with f2.2 aperture which pixel size is 1.2 micron. The Primary camera can take good pictures in the sun light but don't expect too much good photo it will take in low light.
After taking shot we find that the picture is little bit more saturated than normal photo, the sharpness is good but detail & dynamic range is poor.
Although in stable hand you can take good photo but good amount of noise & gain will be on the picture.
The portrait mode of the camera is good with maximum edge detection. The good thing is you can control the blur after taking the picture.

The Selfie camera of this phone is 16 Mega Pixel with f2.0 aperture .
The selfie camera can take actually great photo & it looks like this is also a selfie centric Smartphone. It also has portrait mode & can take good portrait picture.

The top Camera feature of this phone is Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama, phase detection autofocus .
The Back Camera Can Shoot 4K at 30 fps .
On the other hand the front camera can shoot 1080p at 30fps.
STORAGE
This Phone comes with 2 variants. 4GB Ram with 32GB Rom & 4GB/6GB Ram with 64GB Rom.
There is also an dedicated slot for MicroSD card expension, which can take at least 256GB.
So don't worry about storage.

- Average display
- Poor Battery life
- Average camera performance in low light
- Maximum apps cannot run in 19:9 ratio
- Packaging 2.0 quick charger ( the device support 3.0 quick charging )
- Face unlocking is very slower than other device at same price range
- Gaming has some frame drop issue ( can fix with OTA )
- The 2nd sim slot has great problem with network & data connectivity ( can fix with OTA )
- No display protection & the device will definitely broke if you put down it on the floor because of glassy back.
